Everything we sell is handmade in small batches, so please read this before ordering. If anything here is unclear, just ask us.

Processing time

Orders are made up and packed by hand, usually within 3–5 business days. If something is out of stock or a batch needs longer to infuse, we will email you rather than leave you wondering.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery normally takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, though the postal service occasionally takes longer and that part is out of our hands.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we will happily resend it once you cover the return postage.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but it never turned up, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with a photo if you have one and we will put it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Returns

For safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used products; these are consumable, skin-contact goods made in a home workshop, and once they have left us we have no way of knowing how they have been stored.

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us first so we can give you the return address, then send the item back at your own cost. We will refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of it arriving safely.

Wrong item or our mistake

If we sent the wrong thing, or a product does not match its description, that is on us: we will pay the return postage and either replace it or refund you in full.

Allergies and sensitivities

Every ingredient is listed on the product page and on the label. Please read them before you order, and patch-test anything that goes on skin. Because reactions vary from person to person, a reaction is not by itself grounds for a refund on an opened product — but do tell us, because we want to know.
